Accidentally shot to death in a car?Happens all the time--usually neighborhood squirrels cleaning their rifles in the trees.

OT, but has anyone seen an increase in blacks parking in handicapped spaces without a permit or handicapped plates lately? I've gone from never seeing it (I've always lived in relatively black-free areas), to seeing it four times in the last year. My theory is that they justify it as a kind of reparation or special benefit owed to blacks.
Handicap parking is White man's law.Besides,most blacks ARE handicapped,lol.Check their IQs.
