[N.S.: What is a “provoked attack”? If you're White, a black man tries to murder you, and you fight back, it's not called a “provoked attack,” it's called assault or murder.]

editor-in-chief Kirstyn Brendlen refused to publish a video or mug shot of black, failed, would-be murderer Roland Henegan, but we have helpfully provided one.
amny’s Emily Davenport wrote, “the suspect [sic] is described as a 40-year-old man with a dark complexion, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 250 pounds. he was last seen wearing a gray adidas sweatshirt, dark-colored jeans and black boots.”
Note that was a time, when a Roland Henegan would charged with attempted murder, and get up to 30 years in prison. Later, he would be charged with attempted murder, and accept a plea bargain of aggravated assault (10-20). But now, the racist, hispanic da offered him “assault” from the get-go, and has been sentenced to ten years in prison.
On paper, Henegan was “also” sentenced to five years of “post-release supervision,” but that’s a fake enhancement, because he won’t be supervised. Such jobs exist only as a pretext, in order to create additional show-no or no-show jobs for racist, malingering blacks and hispanics. They are affirmative action job enhancements.
Eve Carson was robbed, sexually molested, and murdered by DeMario Atwater and Laurence Lovette, because her killers, when convicted of felonies, got only probation, which they repeated again and again, with additional felonies, for which they were merely sentenced to … probation. And Atwater and Lovett were assigned do-nothing, black probation officers. Lovette’s probation officer, Chalita Nicole Thomas, who had never met with him, was herself arrested 11 times over the course of four years—at least twice for DUI, and once for carrying a concealed weapon. The Main Stream Media declined to report what Chalita Nicole Thomas’ other eight arrests were for—and then “disappeared” Thomas’ story. [See video of Thomas’s arrest record.]
In likely at most five years, Roland Henegan will be released to pick up his criminal career, and graduate to rape and murder, assuming he hasn't already committed those crimes.

Three people were killed Saturday after a gunman opened fire and targeted Black people at a Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Florida, officials said.
“This shooting was racially motivated and he hated Black people,” Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters said at a news conference.
Waters said the shooter, who he described as a White man in his 20s, shot and killed himself after the attack. The suspect left behind what the sheriff described as three manifestos outlining his “disgusting ideology of hate” and his motive in the attack.
All three victims were Black.
Waters said the shooter lived in Clay County, Florida, south of Jacksonville, with his parents, and told his father by text to “check his computer.” The father found documents described by Waters as manifestos and called authorities.
But Waters said by the time authorities were alerted about the manifestos, the gunman had already started the attack in the Dollar General.
The shooting started shortly after 1 p.m. ET, blocks away from Edward Waters University, a historically Black school where students living on campus were told to stay in their residence halls.
Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan said the gunman barricaded himself inside the store after the attack. It was not immediately clear if victims were shot inside or outside the store.
The sheriff said investigators believe the gunman acted alone and wore both a tactical vest and mask. He was armed with an AR-15 style rifle and a handgun.
Waters showed photos of the weapons, which showed swastikas were drawn on one of the guns with white paint.
“We have opened a federal civil rights investigation, and we will pursue this incident as a hate crime,” said Sherri Onks, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Jacksonville office.
