Maybe Abdullah stunk.
I used to sell new homes.
One spec home (contract fell out on fully constructed home) had a beautiful, open kitchen.
The hood above the range vented to the outside, not to the inside as did most of the other homes in the neighborhood.
Why?
Because an indian family had intended to buy the home.
They cooked so many spicy foods that they had paid extra money to vent the range directly to outside air.
So, Abdullah most likely stunk.
And you know the chinese, just doing the jobs that Americans won't do.

Yes, the cooking of the immigrant from certain cultures produces an order objectionable to the whitey. No so much a foul odor but strong and pungent, cloying in nature. Long lasting.
