His section 8 name gives it away.

Police have identified a 24-year-old man who was fatally shot on his doorstep Wednesday morning outside a house in south Houston.
Chordario Detwuan Brothers was getting ready to take his girlfriend to work when he was shot to death about 9:20 a.m. at 9627 Buffum near Grassmere, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said Brothers was rushed to Ben Taub General Hospital. He later died.
As Brothers walked out of the front door, police said, two men confronted him. They shot him several times and then ran away.
Investigators said they so far have few clues to help them piece together what led to the shooting.
A witness told investigators the suspects exchanged words with the victim before the gunfire, but exactly what was said was not clear, said Sgt. James Racus of the HPD Homicide Division.
Racus said investigators so far have no motive for the shooting and no descriptions of the suspects. Investigators at the scene found several shell casings from two different guns, Racus added. A witness said one of the suspects may have been carrying an AK-47 rifle.
Racus said a K-9 tracking dog was brought to the scene, but did not find the suspects.
"We don't have much," Racus said.

I've noted before that black on black murders so often have this kind of scenario. A man is walking down the street, standing in a yard, or coming out a door, and someone (usually more than one) comes out of nowhere and shoots him dead.
As usual, people on the scene "see nothing."

A K-9 tracking dog was brought to the scene but found nothing. When the dog was asked "what's the problem"? said dog replied, "all black people smell the same". Thanks.
In July of 2008, I realized for the good of the whites who choose to embrace their personal responsibility to mature, the non-liberals, the time had come and the need had risen for a separating out from the rest of the country and to begin anew an attempt at forging a culture that promotes liberty, wealth and the pursuit of happiness. By days end November 6th 2012 I realized America was the proverbial dead man walking, that America’s Founding Fathers free enterprise Republic had finally been transmogrified into a new nation born of the vision of liberal ideology, a nation of egalitarian socialist democracy.
White liberals were and are the main culprit; however, blacks are a powerful, 13%, contributor to the transmogrification of America via America’s fully enfranchised democracy. Further, blacks have a shorter neotenous, post natal, fetal growth period, which in turn produces a physically smaller, lower IQed cerebrum. The black lower IQ and quicker maturation process is ideally suited to, and tailor cut by the evolution process for, a tribal form of civilization. However, this form of sub-species human is not compatible with the white man’s higher, created and maintained, culture of civilization. In fact, all the blacks can do is imitate whites, trying to blend in as though they were the same sub-species of whites who just happen to be a different color, that they may parasitize both the white man’s culture and the white gene pool for the benefit of the black sub-species for both those alive today and their posterity.
Long ago, two centuries or more, the battle between non-liberal whites versus white liberals, over the black problem, began. The non-liberal whites were prepared to let nature take its course, the white liberal leaders saw and seized their opportunity to actualize their God complexed, narcissistic, megalomaniacal, good shepherd personality. These mother hens of the white world embraced the policy that subsequently became known as the white man’s burden.
The white man’s burden is on display in American cities such as Detroit and the now infamous, Birmingham, or in countries such as South Africa. The total ruination that materializes in the white man’s culture when the black race becomes the dominant population in said white man’s culture is inevitable whenever a tribal cerebrum attempts to run a culture of civilization. Blacks are so ill-equipped to govern the white man’s culture of civilization, that they are in fact, incapable.
White liberals however could care less. As liberals fail to mature it becomes their prerogative to further themselves at the expense of others, including the white gene pool and our white posterity.
All this behooves me to believe, that at this late date in the ruination and transmogrification process of America’s non-liberal, white, Founding Fathers culture of a free enterprise Republic form of civilization, the time has been made manifest for secession to transpire.
A separating out and away from liberal, democrat states, and into non-liberal, republican states, followed by a declaration of independence, born of a new Constitution, which in turn outlaws all that is responsible for the transmogrification of America, that we may be capable of protecting ourselves from the same means to destroy us as has just done so.
All members of the democratic, socialist alliance, white liberals, blacks, browns, Hispanics, Amerindians and all others who vote democrat must be outlawed. A new limited democracy to choose leadership and a lessening of federal government power needs be embraced.
If not for ourselves, then for our white posterity; Godspeed our endeavor. Thank you.
