This conservative commentator says the teachers are to blame that 15-year old Nybria can only read at the 5th grade level. Another conservative who isn’t channeling The Bell Curve. I wonder at what level her dusky teachers read.

The American schools across the US are crammed with these affirmative action hires. These people here are the top of the line, the best they got, and they are teaching your kids. Blacks manage to loot the system no matter where they are. There is no hope all who enter here.
