The “disappearing” of Walmart shooter, Dwayne Eduh, and of the crime story
Speaking of “identifying perps,” I just checked to see if there has been some kind of official release of a photo of Dwayne Eduh, the Walmart shooter from some weeks back. I searched google images, and did a general search scanning through articles, but couldn’t find a thing, just pictures of the victims and their families, which have subsequently been posted online. The only photo of him appears to be that grainy image from a security camera in one of the victim’s homes that was uncovered by msn. (Eduh worked with the people he shot.)
I wonder how that happened? I’d guess some behind-the-scenes person working for msn randomly decided to do some investigative reporting, something that barely seems to exist anymore. It’s been long enough now that, even if they did release a photo, the general public has lost interest, which is exactly what they intend when they don’t release, or delay, photos of colored criminals.

I previously sent a link to this article and it was posted on NSU but here's a little reminder in case anyone missed it:

bLACK 18 YEAR OLD,WHO MURDERED THREE WHITE "FRIENDS" IN 1999,MAY ESCAPE A LIFE SENTENCE AFTER MICHIGAN SUPREME COURT DECISION A FEW WEEKS AGO.
LEE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — (White)Cecil Fitzgerald’s trust was broken long ago.
“Used to be able to sleep with my window open at night,” he said. “Not anymore.”
He and his wife, Montanna Fitzgerald, say they mostly keep to themselves in the small community of Pullman in Allegan County. Nothing’s been the same for them since April 1, 1999. That day, Montanna’s brother and sister, 17-year-old Darla Sherrell and 16-year-old Dustin Sherrell, were shot to death in their own home along with a family friend, 17-year-old Jonathan Edwards.

“I asked the detective, ‘Where’s Jamasa?'” Fitzgerald said. “‘Cause I knew he’d be with them that day.”
(black)Jamasa Derring was Dustin’s close friend. He briefly dated Darla too. Fitzgerald said Derring often ate and hung out at the Sherrell family home.
“Dusty’s and Darla’s mom and dad accepted him into the home, showed him respect,” Fitzgerald said. “Then he turned around and returned the favor by murdering her daughter and son.”
(GRA:And that's the lesson here. Bring a black into your home or circle of friends and this could easily transpire at your residence too.)
Mugshot of Jamasa Derring, who was convicted of three counts of premediated murder and sentenced to life in prison in 2000.
Police say Derring, who was 18 at the time, shot and killed all three victims in murders described as executions. Investigators believe Dustin Sherrell had witnessed a murder that Derring had committed that February and told the others.
“He was trying to keep them quiet,” Fitzgerald said.
(GRA:I think he did it.)
Fitzgerald said the horror of what happened — especially done by someone close to them — shook their faith in others.
Now,with the recent Michigan Supreme Court ruling which stated 18-20 year olds could not be automatically sentenced to life in prison, the White family is worried about the mass/serial killer getting an early release after a review.
GRA:I would guess NOT,but with mentally ill judges these days, that isn't a sure thing anymore.
