Usually when you got a tooth ache you go to the dentist and have the problem addressed by dental work. You DO NOT just let the problem fester. You can get poisoned and die a slow and painful death.

One day,Kasich will come out for a press conference,in an LGBT outfit.There's something wrong with that boy.I watched him run for Prez and two things I noticed immediately:No sense of humor and not much patience with people who question him about his beliefs.Surly on a good day.He actually thought he deserved to be picked.Trump's irreverence got my attention,his proposals got my vote.
