Didn't they say his DNA was under her fingernails from when she attempted to fight him off? The sight of a lone white woman was enough to send him into an episode of hatred.

I'm really disappointed with this judge - no doubt he has to keep his Democrat cronies happy otherwise he will not climb the ranks and go on to the bigger money in the higher courts.
