Did Alec call the other driver a "rude thoughtless pig" before punching him?

Followup on the Saudi sisters found in the river: https://www.foxnews.com/us/saudi-sisters-whose-bodies-found-duct-taped-together-in-nyc-are-unlikely-to-have-been-part-of-a-crime-police-say
Chief Dermot Shae of the NYPD is saying there's no evidence of foul play, which suggests suicide, though he didn't state it directly. I'm wondering about how they could have duct taped themselves together but he didn't address that either.
Is there a cover up due to upcoming elections? I looked up Chief Dermot Shea who was interviewed for the article and found this: http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/meet-masterminds-driving-nyc-record-crime-rates-article-1.3444932
I know you often refer to the cover up of crime rates in NYC Nicholas and this Dermot Shae appears to be one of the key men on the job of "lowering crime rates in NYC". The article paints a rosy picture of what he is doing, as you would expect, but I'd be curious to know if he is actually reducing crime or simply "redefining" it, as you have often written about.

A murder with little evidence left behind is not necessarily a suicide, it's also a sign of a professional hit. I think that likely removes the family from suspicion but not the Saudi government. If it was a "honor killing" hit then we'll probably never know the truth, the liberal/Democratic power structure would love nothing better than to keep any suggestion this could be a diversity murder out of the news.

The recent killing of Jamal Kashoggi has shone a light on how the Saudi regime will use murder to protect their "honor" and send a message, even in another country.
