Justice delayed is justice denied. For those that were victims of Zebra this is little consolation.
The cops ought to be watching the funeral public or private for this dude if he has one. See who shows up to pay the last respects to the bro'.

Thanks for your comments on the San Francisco Chronicle article, a typical hand-wringing MSM piece.
I was looking at the comments when I ran across one claiming the Arab storekeeper's death reduced the racial motive. Thank God for you pointing out the killers considered him white.
You also said that black killers don't suffer in prison and they continue committing crimes while incarcerated. I told a white liberal this and he didn't want to believe it.
Another lucid observation was those opposing the DP will switch to calling for the abolition of LWOP, then "life until parole" and on down the line.

Clark Howard's book "Zebra" has one short chapter on the year long trial of the four defendants. In fact, the trial could stand a book of its own. Of Simon's testimony in his own behalf, Howard wrote:
"J.C. Simon's testimony was a disaster. Ever his own worst enemy, Simon spent his valuable time on the stand trying to make a fool out of the prosecutor. The result was that he himself looked like a fool. He even insulted the jury's intelligence by claiming to have had a visitation from Allah Himself, who left a set of Muslim laws for him to read."
incidentally, Howard indicated throughout Simon didn't really care all that much for Muslim doctrine, he just liked killing white people.
