More Human Sacrifices to the Moon God in France: Two Police Officers Have Gone on Trial, Accused of Failing to Help Two Boys Whose Deaths at a Power Substation Served as a Pretext for Weeks of Moslem Rioting

"Bouna Traore, 15, and Zyed Benna, 17, were electrocuted in the Paris suburb of Clichy-sous-Bois in..."
France, like America imported an element of third world immigrants that are ungrateful wretches. Many do not hold interest in fully assimilating. They don't like conforming to westernization, but they certainly enjoy the perks. They will figure out every avenue for fraud they can get their hands on. The western world provides a safe haven for these immigrants who work against the very hand that helped them. They are not to be trusted and their potential for crime to terrorists acts is real.
In 1988, two teens decided to enter a ComEd substation on Golf Road in Niles, IL.
"A spokesman for Commonwealth Edison said the two apparently entered the facility and touched a circuit breaker carrying 138,000 volts about 2:20 a.m. Sunday. They may have been climbing the circuit breaker, which is cylindrical, said Ed Peterson, the Edison spokesman.
"An electrical arc-appearing like lightning-reached for 40 or 50 feet during the accident, police said, judging from burn marks on other pieces of equipment.

I would have to assume it was too dangerous to enter the power sub station to try a rescue unless the powe3r was turned off first.
Also those "youths" were running from the cops when the cops were not chasing them. The "youths" thought they were being chased but it was not so.

Both teens sustained death-dealing injuries.

Any judge that finds these French coppers guilty should be thrown into an electrical substation naked and made to climb a circuit breaker.
