Pretti's gun identified; his ex-wife says, “he liked to be at protests--and had at least one gun”
The gun appears to be a Sig Sauer axg combat 9mm, which runs about $1,200-$1,400.
Pretti’s ex-wife told the ap he got a concealed carry permit approximately three years ago and owned “at least one” pistol at the time of their separation.
She also said, they've been divorced for two years and his being at the demonstrations, is exactly who he is. he liked attending protests and raising his voice--especially at authority--when he felt they were being unfair.
GRA: I wonder if he protested mandatory covid vaxxes.

He had an “ex-wife”? Glad you found that- I google-searched “Is Pretti gay?” (he was a “male nurse,” after all) and the silence was suspiciously deafening. There was a reference to him being a vocal LGBT “supporter,” which figures.
The gargle results were uniformly far-far-left and supportive of the protesters and against ice; why are there complaints about wikipedia all the time but not this “resource”? El Presidente should have shut them down ages ago.

N.S.: Since they are joined at the hip, complaining about one is the same as complaining about the other. Any time you search for anything on gargle that has a pretend encyclopedia page, g automatically posts a teaser and link on the top right of the page.

I haven't watched the videos but someone said the gun he had was a cheap chinese import that could have discharged accidentally.
Once upon a time the police were allowed to shoot anyone who made a threatening motion toward them, just as they could shoot a fleeing suspect. No one cared or complained about a criminal being killed (except the radical element, which back then was a small percentage of the population). I've said that one reason old movies and TV shows are suppressed is because the Powers That Be don't WANT people to see how life used to be, especially how law enforcement USED to work when it was allowed to function properly.

Married (to a woman) does not exclude him being a queer. Maybe that's why they got divorced. Rachel Canoun is her name.

ONE(NON-VERIFIED) VERSION I MISSED ABOUT WHY PRETTI WAS SHOT
(Comment from another site)
"For those of you who missed it, Pretti was carrying a Sig 320, a very dangerous weapon that has a reputation for going off when least expected.
"The agent removed the weapon from him and turned to get away. As he took his second step, the weapon discharged, then all the agents pulled back and started shooting Petti..
"In the audio, you hear Gun, Gun, then a single shot, a pause and then a volley of shots.
"The agents heard gun, gun, and then the Sig discharged, then they opened fire, thinking they were at risk..
"The Sig 320's discharge started the fatal scenario..
"Petti was an idiot for two reasons: carrying a Sig 320, and resisting arrest while carrying a concealed weapon."
GRA:Plus everything happened quickly. More info needed,as I listed in my six point question list. As has been pointed out to me since, the Minneapolis cops are not protecting ICE,so ICE has to do their own
police protection. Part of why this happened--at least from what I know at this moment.

So he believed in the Second Amendment.
ALEX PRETTI HAD CONFRONTATION WITH DHS THE WEEK BEFORE AND GOT A BROKEN RIB FOR HIS TROUBLE
--CNN
(CNN)Federal immigration officers have been collecting personal information about protesters and agitators in Minneapolis, sources told CNN – and had documented details about Alex Pretti before he was shot to death on Saturday.
It is unclear how Pretti first came to the attention of federal authorities, but sources told CNN that about a week before his death, he suffered a broken rib when a group of federal officers tackled him while he was protesting their attempt to detain other individuals.
In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security said that “DHS law enforcement has no record of this incident.”
A memo sent earlier this month to agents temporarily assigned to the city asked them to “capture all images, license plates, identifications, and general information on hotels, agitators, protestors, etc., so we can capture it all in one consolidated form,” according to correspondence reviewed by CNN.
The earlier incident started when he stopped his car after observing ICE agents chasing what he described as a family on foot, and began shouting and blowing his whistle, according to a source who asked not to be named out of fear of retribution.
Pretti later told the source that five agents tackled him and one leaned on his back – an encounter that left him with a broken rib. The agents quickly released him at the scene.
“That day, he thought he was going to die,” said the source.
GRA:Some people never learn. He was a week off his prognostication. He sounded almost suicidal--"be a martyr for the mex". I wonder if he had a gun that first time, which,if not, would indicate--to me--bringing a semi-automatic pistol LAST Saturday, was for a purpose.
