(NY post)The higher court ended up siding with Ippolito-Sheppard too, saying her “use and enjoyment of her own property” was more important than Cackett’s “use and enjoyment of his marijuana.’’
Cackett tried arguing that he only smoked once a day and never for longer than 5 minutes — all to cope with his many health conditions, including skin cancer, chronic hepatitis, arthritis and sciatica.
“I am not Snoop Dogg,” Cackett insisted to the court.
GRA: Shouldn't noise be under the same legal guidelines as "smells" that offend? If a black, playing rap music, interferes with a White person's "enjoyment of their personal property",shouldn't that be stopped also?
YES

What does "privacy" have to do with it? If someone else is exposed to it, THEY have the right to have it stopped. Same as noise.
And it should be illegal anyway- the "medical" excuse is pure BS. A friend of mine considered taking it for a medical condition, so I did a bit of research- medical marijuana DOES contain the high-producing THC. She's doing fine without it.
Ever hear the one about the President who declares "War On Drugs," blowing foreign dope traffickers out of the water, while at the same time taking millions from the marijuana lobby and promoting use of the mind-altering drug?
Same President who lobbies for a Nobel peace prize while sending money and weapons to Ukraine and Israel.
And attacks Thomas Massie and Ron DeSantis and Rand Paul while supporting Lindsey Graham.
