I tried to determine the demographics of Tyrone, which is an unincorporated town, and thus ought to be, but apparently isn’t a “census designated place.” I tried using the U.S. Census Bureau, which certainly has numbers for it, but it refuses to provide any.
I’ve been using the Census Bureau (census.gov) site for 10-15 years, and it has gotten progressively worse, especially since the John Doe calling himself “Barack Obama” has been in power. That is no coincidence. “Obama” has seen to it that one federal statistical index after another, particularly regarding black-on-white crime (at the DOJ’s Bureau of Justice Statistics), has been made completely worthless.
Census.gov used to be so user-friendly, a young child could use it. One could use “QuickFacts” or “AmericanFactFinder,” with equal ease. Today, I was completely unable to use QuickFacts, which routinely gives stats for “non-Hispanic whites.” I was able to partially use AmericanFactFinder, but it provides no category of “non-Hispanic whites,” so one must instead use the process of elimination. However, AFF did not provide any numbers for Tyrone, Missouri, and while it did provide numbers for “Texas County, Missouri” (pop. 26,008) where Tyrone is situated, it did not even provide a usable URL for that! Instead, the page has a worthless, generic URL that, if you plug it in, leads to a dead-end: http://factfinder.census.gov/faces/tableservices/jsf/pages/productview.xhtml?src=CF
Although I was able to estimate that Tyrone County is app. 91.5% non-Hispanic white, that tells us nothing about Tyrone.

The bodies of 8 people were found shot to death early Friday at multiple locations in rural south-central Missouri after sheriff's deputies responded to a call from a young girl reporting gunshots in her house in Tyrone, Mo., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The dead included the alleged 36-year-old gunman, who apparently killed himself in a parked vehicle in an adjoining county. One person was hospitalized with injuries, the highway patrol said.
A ninth body also found by deputies was an elderly woman who apparently had died of natural causes, the highway patrol said.
Texas County sheriff's deputies found bodies in four separate residences in the Tyrone area after responding to a call around 10:15 p.m. Thursday about a disturbance. The caller, described as a juvenile girl, reported hearing shots in her house "and immediately fled to a neighbor's house," the statement said.
Deputies found two bodies at the initial residence then five more bodies -- plus an injured person -- at three more houses. The body of the deceased elderly woman was found at yet another residence as deputies went door to door, the highway patrol said.
The gunman's body was found in Shannon County to the east of Texas County.

Texas County and Shannon County are just about as white as can be. Also both are brutally poor.
Have you tried this site for demographics data?
Was posted on TT's site years ago.
