The only decision that makes sense.Without a conviction for "incitement"--which should not happen in a fair court(yeah,I know)--Colorado is depriving a citizen of his rights.Recall the colorado supreme court--take away THEIR right to vote on important legal matters--they obviously can't handle the responsibility.
