GRA:How could he? But I'll bet he tried.
"Nooo,those ain't guns,they're large cigarette lighters. Here let me light your cigarette,officer."
As far as voluntary manslaughter,the definition,given here, would seem to apply to a large number of black murders.
Sounds like more change in applying law to blacks is being attempted,to cut down their sentences.
