GRA: What looks like a foreigner from the middle east, used his pickup truck in a terror attack New Year’s morning in new Orleans, running into a crowd with the vehicle and then getting out of the truck with a rifle and subsequently shooting at people in the area with it. he was killed by police.

Last count indicates 10 deceased, 30 hit by the truck, did not get killed by the attack.

You know, if you take the most populated 40 cities of the U.S. and have a common outside event like new year’s eve, the odds are now fairly good (1 in 40, minimum) that if you attend such an event, you will see something like this happen.

It’s similar to attending a black block party. A shooting is not a sure thing, but there’s a good chance it could happen. Roll the dice. In new Orleans, it came up snake eyes.
