Another "two blackie night" on wheel of fortune.
Sad times to see the racism on THIS show that keeps Whites off contestants' row. After Sajak left, I predicted this as the norm.

N.S.: So you did.
This must be one of those times when you wish you were wrong.

I WISH there were different executives running "wheel". They must have woke employees up the yin yang--and probably a lead wokester is Seacrest himself. The execs,no doubt, pressured Sajak to agree to mo' blackies the last few years, but he was a sensible guy and probably said,"WHY?They're only 13% of the damn population."
It only makes sense that when Sajak left, management got to open the floodgates of blacks to the show. When will there be THREE blacks,so they can make effing "history"?

As I've wondered in the past, what's keeping Jeopardy from following suit? It's not Jennings, he's as woke as they come, heck, he wouldn't blink an eye if there were ebonics categories with 2 out of 3 black contestants. I can't believe there isn't some behind the scenes pressure to shoehorn more black contestants, and dumbed down black friendly questions but so far so good. But with WOF going black, the suggestion will be that Jeopardy is racist for not doing the same. How long will they hold out?
I assume Jeopardy contestants have to pass tests--on line and in person. They COULD dumb it down, but that would be the end of the show--as what happened to "Millionaire".

Varying Shades of Blackness: It's 2 out of 3 on camera but only 1 out of 7 of the pictures on the Be a Contestant! page, which looks like a group submission to "Roast Me". #5 might be Hispanic. So then 4 out of 7 are white, or 3 out of 7 if the Elizabeth Warren look-alike identifies as Native.
Not to take anything away from Jeopardy people's knowledge, but I'm impressed with the contestants and the difficulty of questions on the BBC "Impossible Quiz Show" (watch). Even after discounting the UK-specific questions. The contestants of colour are generally well-spoken and knowledgeable. Yes... it's like they're assimilated.
I find it watchable, unlike Jeopardy. Never understood the praise of Trebek or the selection of Jennings. No thanks to having a beer with the Jeopardy contestants, either; I'd rather drink alone.
MUST-SHARE: Black Jeopardy, rare instance of comedy on Saturday Night Live.
Oh! Sony said the new leadership team at "Jeopardy" and "Wheel of Fortune" are "dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect." (maybe if you already did this story? I missed a lot during hurricane outage month)Disgruntled staff in the offices? https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2024/10/24/jeopardy-wheel-of-fortune-race-discrimination-claims/75778514007/
These leadership teams want "inclusivity and respect",but not fairness. Respect is earned via accomplishments and law abiding behavior. The philosophy of inclusivity appears to allow people in charge to ignore fairness(demographics, intelligence) in choosing contestants. Inclusivity is the great eliminator of Whites(see 95% of our commercials). Does it only makes sense to me that based on demographics, blacks should only be seen once every two shows on "Wheel"? How do producers circumvent common sense?

Not accidental,of course.

I just read the link concerning the black/mex lawsuit against Sony from Oct 24th. The reason for the black tsunami now becomes clear.
