Ken Dilanian of nbc noise reports Jack Smith will dismiss january 6th federal charges against Donald Trump—without prejudice—then offers a bitter comment about it

[N.S.: “Without prejudice” means the charges can later be reinstated, after the next “big steal.”]

GRA: nbc interrupted their afternoon coverage with judicial correspondent Ken Dilanian reporting the facts, but then he gave a pithy, sour grapes assessment of the Jack Smith decision by comparing the watergate era to today.

“fifty years ago, Richard Nixon was forced out of the presidency by people who believed no one was above the law. [N.S.: What a liar.] today, voters returned Donald Trump to office, in spite of charges that were at least as serious as those against mr. Nixon, proving that the ‘no one is above the law’ philosophy no longer applies.’”

These guys never learn. If the msm would just stick to the facts and stop the commentating, maybe they could get a larger audience—the same with late night tv—but the sickos are unable to do it.

Or maybe they could remove their TDS glasses for a moment and see that the charges issued by Smith, Bragg, and Willis were overshoots of their offices and political assassination attempts to keep Trump from winning.

The (White) people DID see that and taking into account the ACTUAL assassination attempts of Mr. Trump—went to the polls to make sure lies and corruption were not rewarded.

However, dems like Dilanian are still too obtuse to understand any of it.
