Victim: a 41 y/o black woman; she died in her uniform (diversity hire plus women should not be beat cops) -- 4 kids (how many different fathers?) -- already a grandmother (do the math).

Affirmative action in government employment is the reason there's anything close to a black middle class in America -- but in many cases the money just funds the same dysfunction and yields zero net benefit to society.
