TYLER, Texas (KETK) — A federal judge dismissed Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert’s lawsuit against Vice President Mike Pence Friday.
Jeremy Kernodle, a Trump-appointed federal judge in Tyler, stated “the Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this case and must dismiss the action.”
On Jan. 6, the vice president will preside over the joint session to certify the election results. Gohmert’s suit originally sought to give Pence the ability to “determine which electors’ votes, or whether none, shall be counted” when there is any objection to the slate of electors.
Kernodle stated that Pence’s anticipated actions on Jan. 6 will not impact the decision of Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey regarding the certification of electors, as that occurred more than two weeks ago on Dec. 14.

SEATTLE LEGISLATION AIMS TO LEGALIZE CRIME DUE TO POVERTY OR MENTAL ILLNESS(BEING BLACK WILL BE NEXT)
(ZH)In what can only be described as turning morality on its head, a Seattle council member has introduced legislation that could allow courts to dismiss misdemeanor crimes, such as theft and assault, that were committed because of poverty or while a person was experiencing symptoms of a mental illness or substance abuse, reports the Seattle Times.
Introduced by city Council member Lisa Herbold in late October, the legislation is a continuation of the cities “woke” social justice efforts in the wake of the George Floyd police encounter. With the bill crafted under the label “poverty defense,” its defenders say that it aims to ease the burden of usual court rulings on lower income residents but has some worried it will pave the way for crimes like assault, harassment, communicating with a minor for immoral purposes, and more, to go unpunished.
"I think when you’re talking about folks who are committing offenses to survive or because of underlying mental-health or substance-use issues, incarceration does not have the deterrent effect people believe it has,” Herbold said.
King County Director of Public Defense Anita Khandelwal, when defending the bill, used the example of someone without shoes stealing a pair from Goodwill and explained an attorney could acquit the thieve of wrong doing on the basis that they didn’t own a personal pair of shoes before the crime.
(GRA:No need to steal,so many minority giveaways for all that stuff.There isn't a valid excuse anymore for stealing.)
A similar example would be a person guilty of a carjacking being acquitted of the crime based on the fact they did not own a car because they could not afford one.

What is happening to white people? Not long ago Irish fought fiercely against Protestants and British. Now black Negros are taking over their country and they do nothing. Same with Swedes--Vikings no longer and Germans. Germans tried to take over Europe, now they can't even defend their own country from invading third world scum.
It's a combination of liberal city governments,SJWs always on the attack,pro-black media taking the negro's side in every instance of conflict between Whites and blacks and finally,authoritarian state and Federal governments.
Whites are fighting all 4 of those enemies.If you call the cops on blacks,the media publicizes it as "an outrage,"the city government(mayor,police chief) will comment against and possibly fine you,the SJWs will attempt to have you fired from your job and finally,the national government will take the non-White's side and reaffirm the policy which caused the dispute--namely,flooding your city and neighborhood with minorities.
Who's on OUR side?Just US.That's why we need to organize publicly and try to form a survivalist group for White Patriots.
Without huge numbers of Whites banding together,we don't have a chance.
Our political parties do not want that to happen,but it's mandatory for our future as White people.
