R.C.: Chinese who speak Korean (there are ethnic Korean communities in mainland China) are often sought after in South Korea for jobs, some of which can still pay a decent wage, even if the primary appeal of the workers is that they're generally cheaper to hire than locals (veteran Silicon Valley coders should recognize this dynamic).

How about importing some negroes from the good ol' USA?There was a movie with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker--who were quite the team.Maybe it could work again in large numbers.
The next trade deal Trump should make is,sending 2 million of our worst negroes(those in prison who want out and others with long rap sheets that will soon be going back)to SK and Japan for a brand new start.
In return,we'll take a few thousand of their most beautiful geisha girls.
Do it Trump.
