With 21 roadway deaths so far this year in the county, Prince George's County Police are asking people to wear their seat belts, slow down and obey other laws of the roadway.

This was a NON (Negro On Negro) issue and thus a non-issue. More like good news-- four less yoots who would have grown up to plague white America.
Like anyone is going to obey when the government tells them to follow the traffic laws.
