A Florida man has been sentenced to life in prison for raping and impregnating a 13-year-old girl whose disabilities prevent her from understanding both the attack and pregnancy.

A 23-year-old woman has been reported missing from the South Loop. Madeline Green was last seen Monday in the 1700 block of South Prairie Avenue, Chicago police said.
