This is kinda like the Devil's Night which they used to have in Detroit on Halloween. Burn down as much as you could in one evening. Used to be a tourist attraction. Haven't heard about Detroit burning in many years now. Situation under control? Probably they already burned down most of what could be burned down. Welcome to America France. Hope you like it.
