Sowell: "It takes considerable knowledge to realize the extent of your own ignorance."

R.C.: Interesting.
I have an autographed copy of Sowell's autobiography.
N.S.: I’ll say. Of Sowell, West, and Trump, I thought Sowell was the only one who was a reader.
Sowell’s remark reminds me of Collingwood (1889-1943) on education, in The New Leviathan (1942): When you are a beginner, you think that someday you’re going to be an expert. The level of “expert” is only attained, however, when one realizes that one is going to forever remain a beginner.

I find it incredible that FOX news has jumped on the Kanye/Candace Owens bandwagon. As I've commented before, the number of black guests on FOX,in the last few weeks, now rivals MSNBC imho..A year ago you might have stumbled into Juan Williams on occasion --no big deal, but suddenly they've totally flipped over to the dark side.Is FOX looking for ratings from blacks?I don't know,I don't believe word of mouth
would cause the shift of black viewers from Steve Harvey's game shows,"Blackish" and other fare that FOX news desires (?)
Besides no-talent rapper(aren't they all?)West,we are now introduced to Candace Owens. This young black woman has quickly been elevated to black goddess on "Hannity".Overexposed in record time.
Whatever FOX's motive, I know one thing:I'M disgusted with the plethora of know it all blacks flooding FOX studios-- and if I'm any indicator,FOX will start losing white viewers, the more this continues. Not smart strategy FOX--stick to your demographics and your strong suit--which isn't spades.

Correct. Until you "know" something subject in depth you cannot know what you do and do not know. No basis for comparison. KNOW!
GRAND RAPIDS TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A child has died after being found unresponsive at a Plainfield Avenue motel over the weekend.
The child, identified by family members as London Amir, 2, passed away at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Kent County Sheriff's Office.
Ricky Whiteside, Jr. - at arraignment 5/2/18
Kent County deputies were called to the Lazy T Motel in the 3300 block of Plainfield NE Sunday night at about 11:30 p.m. The girl was found not breathing and unconscious. Deputies and EMS personnel worked to revive the girl and she was hospitalized in critical condition until Wednesday when she died.
Kent County officials tell FOX 17 that the suspect is Ricky Whiteside, Jr. and is the boyfriend of the child's mother. He is being held on a charge of first-degree child abuse without bond. He was arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
The prosecutor's office will review the case for additional charges. The sheriff's office says he will likely face felony murder charges.
GRA:This looks like a black on black crime. The only reason to post this is the response from, what I assume is the relative of the mother, down below in the comments section.

She’s on life support? Critical condition? He needs to be charged with attempted murder, and if she dies, Murder in the First.
