I recall a statement from Rand Paul a few months ago. He said something like "Any law that causes young African American males to be arrested out of proportion to their share of the population must be repealed."

This means Rand Paul wants the laws against rape and murder to be repealed. By the way, I zinged your ex-friend Jamie S. with this when she quoted Paul in a tweet. She didn't reply.
