Man Fatally Shot by Dallas Officer
A Dallas police officer shot and killed a man at an apartment complex near Deep Ellum Thursday night, police say.

Nothing adds up.
Apparently, residents needed a key fob to get to a specific floor of the building.
Also, I find it very strange that she would be startled by someone opening a door. She is a member of an elite unit after all. Situational awareness is key to survival in such a unit.
And the victim?
