I haven't heard any mention of the race of the alleged killer, but a big clue is his name: Anthony Marquell Crawford. Notice how a certain race likes names with "Q" in them? I guess they think that is cool or something. Sure enough, If you search the web you can find a photo and, while he isn't a "teen" (he is 23), he is a DINDO with a criminal history. Big surprise.
Although the victim has a Hispanic name, she is white as snow and the killer no doubt took pleasure in killing a white woman--making it a hate crime. Except hate crime are usually charged only to white criminals.
