I’m attending the annual "Immigration Weekend," during which predominantly white immigration reform activists riot in the D.C. area.
Today was the turn of the Federation of American Immigration Reform, in D.C. Tomorrow will be The Social Contract’s turn.
Speakers included Dan Stein (FAIR), Cong. Lou Barletta (PA, 11th Dist.), Sheriff Paul Babeu (Pinal County, AZ), Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (via Skype), State Rep. Courtney Combs (OH 54th Dist.), State Sen. Mike Delph (IN, 29th Dist.), State Ass. Tim Donnelly (CA, 59th Dist.), State Sen. Don Gustavson (NV, 2nd Dist.), State Sen. Kent Lambert (CO, 9th Dist.), and Rep. Stephen Sandstrom (UT, 58th Dist.). At the dinner, John F. Rohe (Mary Lou & John anton) and Otis L. Graham Jr. Immigration Reform and America’s Unchosen Future) spoke.
The theme that reverberated through the day was that the states are the key to immigration reform. The feds cannot be counted on, but the states and localities, where the cost of open borders is tabulated and paid, are the places where people’s interests are increasingly being protected.
