“(cnn) jury deliberations technically began at 11:37 a.m. rather than 11:28, when they walked out of the courtroom because Merchan called jurors 4 and 6 back in to learn how to use the laptop containing evidence related to the trial. the jury has been instructed to refrain from deliberating unless they’re all present.
“Donald Trump has posted more than 20 times on truth social since he left the courtroom, with each one quoting commentators or legal scholars making a statement that supports Trump or criticizes the case against him.
“in another post, Trump said, ‘Mother Teresa could not beat these charges. these charges are rigged. the whole thing is rigged!’”

“(cnn) the judge overseeing the hush money case against Donald Trump dismissed the jury on wednesday afternoon after no verdict was reached on day one of deliberations in the first criminal trial of a former [sic] U.S. president.
“deliberations started late in the morning after state judge Juan Merchan delivered lengthy instructions to the 12-person jury. they deliberated for about 4 1/2 hours.
“court will reconvene in thursday morning, when jurors will re-hear portions of testimony they requested to review as well as Merchan’s jury instructions, which it took him about an hour to read on wednesday. it was not immediately clear if the instructions will be read again in their entirety. the request for testimony and instructions came by way of notes from the jury on wednesday.”

JURY HAS REACHED A DECISION
(ZH)The jury empaneled in the NY v. Trump case said it has reached a verdict.
The 12-person jury - which has requested 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork - will soon enter the courtroom and announce what it has decided. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged former President Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, and Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts.
Judge Juan Merchan will invite the jury in to read its verdict.
Prior to receiving the jury's note around 4:20 p.m., Merchan had indicated he would excuse the jury for the day at 4:30 as a growing number expected a mistrial due to a hung jury however the presence of a verdict means that we will shortly know if the jury has found Trump "guilty" or "not guilty."

Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz were completely wrong about this case--as I stated repeatedly they would be--and as they'll be about ALL the upcoming cases.I said,it didn't matter if the charges were without merit or phony,trumped up or lies--they would get guilty verdicts.
The various indictments and trials that have been set up in Georgia,Washington D.C. and nyc were coordinated with the Biden administration.nbc is now lying about how the just finished case was not federal,but state--and therefore not overseen by the feds.
Don't believe it.
Alvin Bragg was listening to fed lawyers about the case,from day one,just as Fani Willis is getting "advice" from Biden officials and lawyers.
