Two Men Killed by Delivery Truck on Upper East Side, Police Say
N.S.: The driver is only 66, but he'd racked up 271 violations in the previous two years, and I don't believe his story that his brakes quit on him. He sounds like a very old 66. This is the sort of mental confusion screw-up one hears about with drivers in their late seventies and eighties all the time.
