Let's see,file it in a Dem court(Harris wins there,opposition appeals),go to the Dem Appeals Court(Harris wins there,opposition appeals),take it to the Dem Supreme Court(win there--end of story).
If SCOTUS will not look into a fraudulent election--for fear of riots--they will not kick out a current VP from their job--even if the contention of the plaintiff is true.

Not long ago there was a certain Negro installed as President when he clearly was not a natural born citizen. He may or may not have been born in Kenya--as his book claimed, but even if he was born in Hawaii, his father was an alien and his mother was underaged to be eligible to give him citizenship. There is a lot of evidence, but few care because now it is not politically correct to actually follow the Constitution.
Whitey kids are being gotten out of the public schools and have been doing so for decades, slowly but not more surely. Bad education, disruption and danger from minorities, etc. You pay taxes for your kids education and it is not satisfactory from a variety of angles.
