Shame on this Texan for denigrating a fine cultural practice of Native Americans. Of course due to the structural racism of whites, this man COOKED his neighbor's heart trampling on his own cultural tradition--he should have eaten it RAW. What is next, shaming Native Americans for wanting to skin people alive, burn them at the stake, bury them in a nest of red ants, or roast them upside down over a fire? And the fine Native American practice of cutting off a woman's nose for adultery or raping her to death (called putting her "on the prairie") will no doubt also be denigrated by insensitive White racists.
