1887 Boy's Book: In the Reign of Terror (French Revolution)
I just finished this G. A. Henty Boy's Book published in 1887. Story of a Westminster, England lad who was in France when the Revolution broke out, and follows his harrowing adventures while trying to escape the Terror in the company of the children of an aristocratic family marked for execution by the revolutionaries. Informative history of "then," with relevance to what we are in the midst of "now":

I just read Blake's book(no,not William Blake),"How To Not Get Into a Car,With Police on Your Tail--for Dummies."
The thing is,only Whites read it.
