And we are not going to find it. Guaranteed. Everyone is going to prevaricate over this one. And the record keeping so botched I guess the only thing you will able to determine is that you will not be able to determine anything with even the slightest degree of certainty.
Weapons of mass destruction turned out to be in Wuhan.
