Chicago is cleaning up after big waves slammed the shoreline. How can the city prepare for more supercharged storms?
FRIDAY, JAN 17
Lake Michigan's shoreline is vulnerable, with climate change-fueled storms and near record water levels eroding the coast.
This past weekend was a good example, with waves battering Lake Shore Drive, shutting down bike and vehicle traffic lanes and clogging social media with images of water covered beaches and sidewalks.
The problem is likely to get worse, and solutions to protect Chicago endangered shore are expensive, bureaucratic and ultimately uncertain.

Someone observed that you can tell the difference between a black shooting and a white one because blacks do such a sloppy job that more are wounded than killed. In this barbershop shooting no one died, but it was a close shave.
No scissors needed in the hood,to get a haircut...lol.A couple drive-by bullets will slice off a lot of hair and some cranial bone.
Rules for getting a haircut in Rollo's B-Shop.
1)Pay in advance
2)Rollo is allowed to duck behind the customer during any gunplay.
3)Rollo sees nuthin'--sez nuthin'.
