Floyd Brown has the eyes of a full fledged sociopath.Unredeemable years ago.Keeping him out on the streets only led to a white man's unnecessary death.We need to build more prisons for career criminals like Floyd Brown.There are thousands more just like him,running around our neighborhoods,committing atrocities all over the country.

This bad guy put the cops on a long chase of several hundred miles before they got him. Long time career criminal and as I sad a really bad guy. This is the perfect type of crime that warrants the death penalty. But IL no longer has death penalty as an option. We are so civilized now.
