Bluffing?Probably.I believe he's also bluffing about his plan to keep the shutdown going for "months and years."
Zerohedge had a story yesterday,that any shutdown past January 31st would mean no welfare payments--and probable riots.Something has to give,as they say.Maybe THAT'S when he declares a national emergency lol.
