Supposedly Donald Trump has agreed to delay "The Wall",in order to get a budget agreement passed.He now says,"I won't press for funding for it until September."
Chuck Schumer smiled broadly in reaction to that giveback.
"The wall was a non-starter",he said."Now we should be able to cut a budget deal quickly."
