Yet another sexual assault by a "non" white. This was a 17 yr. old kid that was in juvenile detention but was out on a "field trip". He slipped away from his group and sexually assaulted a woman. I couldn't find a clearly labeled photo of the guy, but he is underage so it might not be released publicly, even more likely if he isn't white. The name "Jaime Tinoco" sounded non white and I did find a name with that name that seems to be linked with the Oregonian article. Link is below. If that is him he appears to be one of those very dark latino's, possibly an Afro Latino, seems like a very high percentage of those kind of "latinos" are involved in racist violence against whites. The Oregonian article link has Everton Bailey in the byline. He's a "reporter" who often posts about local crime, he's black as you can see by his picture and gets challenged in the comments fields re black racist violence but always pretends like it doesn't exist. Basically he's a liar and a black crime apologist. Two essential requirements to be employed as a reporter with a mainstream newspaper these days. Jerry PDX
