Justice Under Diversity: Do the Right Thing about a Local Gang Terrorizing Your Neighborhood and Get Life, or Death, or Wait 10 Years for

Mere Indictments
By Nicholas Stix

It’s no mystery why Flint, Michigan is often listed as second most violent city in America, after Detroit. Like Detroit, Flint has for over a generation been under the rule of crime, aka diversity.

If your neighborhood is under the rule of terror by a gang like Flint’s Howard Boys, and you do the right thing, and kill one or two or more, you would get either life in prison or the death penalty. And if you’re white, any prison time for killing blacks equates to the death penalty. Either you’ll get gang-raped, tortured, and beaten to death, or you’ll get gang-raped, tortured, and turned into a sex slave, until you die of AIDS. Heck, if you’re white, you don’t have to have harmed a black, in order to suffer the aforementioned ends. Just being white is enough.

I do have to note, however, that black and white neighborhoods distinguish themselves in one essential characteristic: Whites overwhelmingly oppose crime and gangs, white blacks overwhelmingly support them, in every way (e.g., “Don’t snitch”).

A years-long investigation into a violent street gang that police say terrorized a Flint neighborhood for a decade has triggered criminal charges against 22 Flint-area men, authorities announced today.

Among those arrested were gang members known on the street as Baby Gangsta, Lil Hitman and Boo Boo.

The gangs, per court records, carried out crimes of all sorts, everything from murder and drug dealing to gun possession and racketeering.

In one 34-count indictment unsealed in Flint today, 12 individuals with ties to the Howard Boys street gang were charged with racketeering conspiracy, murder in aid of racketeering, distribution of drugs and various federal firearms violations.

According to the indictment, the Howard Boys – also known as the Hot Boys, Howard Block, and Murda Ville, – was a criminal enterprise that operated since 2002 around a public housing complex on the south side of Flint. The gang members and their associates committed crimes in order to maintain control over and protect their turf and move drugs within their territories, authorities allege.

Members also used threats and committed assaults, attempted murders and murders to promote their authority, reputation and standing in the enterprise, the indictment said.

"We are hopeful that this prosecution will restore safety and security in the neighborhood where this gang operated," U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said.

"We also want criminals to know that if they commit crimes with guns in Flint, they will be prosecuted federally, where the sentences are long and there is no parole."

Added FBI Special Agent in Charge Andrew Arena: "This dangerous street gang was responsible for numerous acts of violence that robbed citizens of their safety and sense of security.” He warned the indictments “ serve as a reminder we will be relentless in bringing these criminals to justice.”
