Anyone who does something that violent had to have given indications prior to the murder he committed of being a potential killer.Probably arrested,but no one evaluates the future killers by past behavior--which law enforcement should do.Illegals,without a past to go over,have a few free murders given to them by Biden and those politicians responsible for not keeping them out.
A lot of blame to go around,which no one accepts.

Generally speaking caving in the face of a victim is "exceptionally violent encounter" without question. An act generally too of extreme rage and hate too. He probably wanted some and she would not give him any.
