I responded: Thanks, Mr. Sperry, but they're not "migrants," and it's not a "crisis." They're illegal aliens, foreign criminals, and it's a policy, the new "normal."
By the way: That's a proper use of "literally."

Most USA doctors have never seen these diseases before. They might have studied a long time ago but never actually encountered a single case in their career.
Tuberculosis is another big one with illegals.
