Ah yea, the declining birth rates boogeyman. Here in the West they use it to justify mass importation of high rate 3rd worlders. What have out of control birthrates done for them? If high birthrates and overpopulation are such a good thing, then why are they so desperate to escape their own countries?
At least Putin didn't have anything in the speech about addressing the problem of low birthrates by importing negroes, muzzies and pakis.
We're better off with less people--supply and demand says so--especially when the scum coming in,do not contribute to our country in any positive way.

Declining birth rate and a generally unhealthy life style makes for a bad combination. Russians male life expectancy less among all "industrialized" societies. Russian man reminds me of American negro male.
