All food service establishments on the north side of Dallas are short-staffed.
Teenagers and young adults have plenty of opportunities to work the front of the house.
My gosh, I went to Twin Peaks in Irving on Friday for lunch. There was a young, white male busboy working the floor!
N.S.: A white boy? They must have been really desperate!
