Israel's Land Acquisition Program; the Red War on Stephen Miller; Rodney Reed News

Truth or Consequences

"By popular demand we’re bringing you even MORE Israel! MORE settlements!
MORE Holocaust museums! More Holocaust remembrance days!"
- Trump Administration Critic Blumpf, Twitter, November 18, 2019

Presidential aide/son-in-law Jared Kushner’s much-ballyhooed peace plan for the Middle East appears to be little more than a land acquisition program for Israel.

[N.S.: Yay!]

Yesterday Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced the United States would reverse a decades-old stance that a peaceful resolution to the Israeli - Palestinian conflict could only be achieved by a mutually agreed-upon partition of the West Bank.

In carefully-scripted remarks, Pompeo surprised newsmen and gave the US’ imprimatur to the construction of Jewish settlements in the region:

Many independent observers opined that the declaration by President Donald Trump’s administration is a violation of international law.

[N.S.: Bull. Such “law” is entirely fictional.]

Others suggested the decision is to bolster Trump ally Benjamin Netanyahu against former General Benny Gantz after two indeterminate Israeli elections.

On March 25, the US approved Israel’s annexation of the Golan Heights in the week prior to earlier polling.

[Israel conquered the Heights two generations ago.]

With Gantz’ mandate to form a coalition government set to expire tomorrow, a third election is anticipated next year.

More than 80 Congressional representatives are now calling for the resignation of Trump aide Stephen Miller (first discussed here, November 16) after reports from the Southern Poverty Law Center and The New York Times cited communications between the immigration advisor and Breitbart News.

As is now routine, any advocacy of the US as an implicitly European society is strictly verboten at ABCNNBCBS and mainstream outlets.

Here are links to the most definitive articles pertaining to the ongoing rigamarole:

A Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has blocked the execution of convicted rapist[-murderer] Rodney Reed, 51, sources confirm.

Mostly black celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey and rapper Meek Mill, appealed to Texas Governor Greg Abbott to stay Reed's death sentence (reported here, November 15), scheduled to take place tomorrow.

Unexpectedly an appellate court interceded, and recommended a 120-day delay for Reed’s attorneys to present additional evidence.

Reed, then 27, was in jail for a different sex assault when he was arrested for vaginally raping, sodomizing, and strangling to death Stacey Stites, 19, April 23, 1996, in Bastrop, Texas, population 8000.

DNA from semen collected from Stites' anus and breasts was identified as belonging to Reed, and only when presented with forensic evidence did Reed claim he’d maintained a clandestine sexual relationship with the teenager.

Reed was a known sex criminal to Bastrop County authorities before the jury affixed his guilt in the killing of Stites. He’d been tried and acquitted of one sex assault, and accused of five others.

One was of a 12-year old girl, another an intellectually challenged woman, Caroline Rivas, and a third a disabled girlfriend, Lucy Eipper, mother to his two children.

Linda Schlueter, 19, singled out Reed during a lineup and said she was abducted, beaten, and sexually molested late at night off the same thoroughfare that Stites used on her way to work six months earlier.

None of these damning details were presented to the jury who considered Reed’s fate in 1998 - or to the curious public learning of Rodney Reed in recent weeks.

Instead, much of what Reed's lawyers claim and the mainstream media repeats is inadmissible hearsay implicating Stites’ fiancee, Jimmy Fennell.

Newsletter readers learned of the abduction of 8-year old Salem Sabatka from her leafy Fort Worth, Texas neighborhood in May.

A naked Michael Webb, 51, was captured later that evening at an area hotel where he had hidden the child.

Press outlets described the kidnapping as "random," and only because neighborhood volunteers acted quickly was a tragedy averted.

Prosecutor Richard Vance and Judge Jeffrey Cureton allowed a $100,000 bond for Webb. Fortunately he was unable to post it:

This Rodney is a serial rapist and of course when the media mentions his case that is all not mentioned.
