Nearly 80,000 immigrants approved for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which shields those who came to the country illegally as minors from deportation, have an arrest record -- including arrests for violent or sexual offenses.
N.S.: Why is he hiding, cowardly, behind the Supreme Court? He should never have passed the buck to them. I think he is secretly hoping the Supremes support DACA, but in any event, he has the out of saying, "My hands are tied, folks." I can recall when he supported DACA. I guess it depends on what time of day it is.
Whether the criminals in question have an arrest record is irrelevant.
