N.S.: Before anyone charges me with hyperbole in my headline, legally it only takes several people fighting or attacking other people to constitute a riot. Following the mass black riots of the 1960s, press and academic operatives re-defined "riot" (in defining down deviancy, in Pat Moynihan's words) to require hundreds or thousands of criminals.
