A 30-year-old man now faces a murder charge in the death of an elderly woman whose body was found in a wheelchair outside an Addison apartment. Walter Portillo was arrested nine days after 82-year-old Joan Mulcahy was found dead July 1 outside her apart

This scenario: Black or Hispanic predator murders an elderly white woman. It happens a lot.
What's the mindset of these guys--do they look at a 70 year old and say,"sheeet,that one might be young enough to fight me off,I better go for the one with the oxygen tank and wheelchair."
What kind of challenge is that--even to a lowlife like this Mex--to kill a helpless white woman?There should be no type of punishment that is disallowed in these cases--torture,sleep deprivation,thrown in a cell with queer black weightlifters.What this spick did to this lady was inhuman and he should be treated the same way--Supreme Court decision about "cruel and unusual punishment" be damned.
THESE are "cruel and unusual crimes",which dictates a different deterrent for fledgling future Mex and black murderers.

Attacking and killing an elderly person an egregious offense. Attacking a handicapped elderly person even more so. Death penalty.
